Hemp Processing Solutions

 

Harvest dewatering:  We build presses capable of processing 1-3 acres per hour.  Mass balance yields circa 35% liquid 65% plant material at flower stage.  50% liquid 50% plant material on juvenile plants.

 

Ethanol/CBD crude oil extraction:  We build presses capable of processing between 100 to 50,000 lbs of alcohol infused hemp for a one pass solution to produce crude oil for short path refining.

 

  Alcohol Recovery:  Post centrifuge spun material, often regarded a 'waste product' yields circa 250 gallons of additional crude oil ( Ethanol + plant oils ) per 10,000 pounds.  Put simply, we can monetize your waste!
